SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be calculated according to the live rates we receive from our vendors. Expedited shipping methods are also available at an additional charge.
Orders which total $75.00 (U.S. Dollars) or more will ship for FREE anywhere in the United States of America. Some restrictions may apply on larger items, so just look for the little green army truck - this truck indicates that an item qualifies for Free Shipping.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
At The Crimson Hill we like to be straight-forward and we try to keep everything as simple as possible. Our return policy is no exception - if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let's make it right.
For items that are not customized or personalized, our return policy is as follows:
The original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 15 calendar days, we will offer an exchange, store credit or refund. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

within 15 calendar days of the delivery date (after 15 days no returns are allowed)

must not be a special order or a custom order

unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that of 15 days noted in that item's particular item description.

items must be returned in original packaging and must include all tags, instructions, product information, etc.
Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund using the same payment method originally used.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
All items are warranteed according to the items' manufacturer warranty.
